I am the face and photographer behind the lens at Laurie’s ShutterFlutter Photography and Art. I take pride in creating artwork for your family. I appreciate the time you are taking to view my work.

My goal is to create a piece of art you can display in your home. Your art can be wall portrait, a keepsake folio box to pass down from generation to generation, or the perfect album that tells your personal story. Art that can be cherished for years to come. Asides from creating physical products from your images to display, I want to create an experience that is professional and fun.

I limit the number of clients I book, so I can focus on you and your family. I consider quality more important than quantity. If you are looking for a disk of hundreds of images I’m probably not the photographer you, but if you are looking for a few exceptional images to grace your walls then we might be a good fit to work together.

I don’t just take pictures and hand you a disk. I walk you through the process. At our consultation we discuss what your goals are and what type of art you are interested in. At our session I will lightly direct you, pay attention to the details, and make sure you are in the best lighting conditions. After your session, we meet again for a relaxed ordering appointment to view your proof images. I will guide you through choosing the best images for the artwork you choose to purchase. Once you choose your proofs, each proof image is hand edited to create a piece of art you would be proud to display. Those images are then send to a professional lab to create the final piece of art for your home. Lastly, your artwork arrives. Hang your finished art (or display your album or folio) in your home, and smile knowing we have we have created memories that last a lifetime.
