Newborn Session

Those first few weeks after your child is born are life changing. It’s as if your whole world has opened up and you’ve discovered that life wasn’t as bright or colorful before your baby entered the world. Congratulations on your new arrival. 

Your investment includes:

As a photographer who cares about each client and their satisfaction, session fees reflect this custom experience.

A friendly pre-session consultation either over the phone or in person to discuss your session for a customized experience. In person is the preferred method.

Session questionnaire to tailor the session to your wants to customize your experience

Studio sessions take advantage of my collection of hats, headbands, wraps, furs, blankets and props such as bowls, buckets, baskets and more. 

Sessions are held in the studio, no outdoor or location settings

Fees cover the photographers time and talent, planning and prepping for your session, and professional editing.

Sessions take place Monday – Friday (limited weekend availability)

In person ordering session approximately two weeks after your session. All additional prints, artwork and files must be purchased at the viewing appointment.

All sessions include a set amount of digital files sized to 8×10

Editing of all final choices

All sessions have a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER FEE to be placed on the calendar along with a signed contract.

Simple Swaddled: $299

  • BABY ONLY studio session. Baby is wrapped/swaddled in the same wrap the entire time.
  • Up to a 1 hour session.
  • Two to three simple setups .(What time allows.)
  • 8 digital images of your choice with printing rights. Additional images may be purchased.
  • Tuesday – Friday between 10 am-2pm, NO weekend appointments.
  • Use of props/wraps.
  • NO composite images. (froggie pose, digital backgrounds)
  • $50 Print credit.
  • Up to a one hour viewing and ordering appointment approximately two weeks after your session.

Standard Session: $375

  • 2-3 Hours. Posed sessions can last up to 3 or more hours as posing baby can be a delicate and time-consuming. (Allows for posing, feeding, and changing.)
  • BABY ONLY studio session.
  • Three to four simple setups depending on baby. (What time allows.)
  • Use of props/outfits.
  • 15 Retouched digital Images. Additional images may be purchased.
  • $100 Print credit

Add-Ons:

  • PARENT PHOTOS: $35
  • PARENT AND SIBLING PHOTOS: $50
    *Covers the additional time photographing and editing. Does not include any additional images. Note this is not a full family session but adds 2 to 3 family proof images to your gallery. This includes Mom, Dad and any other siblings in the immediate (nuclear) family.

Heirloom Session: $550

  • 2-4 Hours. Posed sessions can last up to 3 or more hours as posing baby can be a delicate and time-consuming. (Allows for posing, feeding, and changing.)
  • Three to four simple setups depending on baby plus family and sibling poses.
  • Use of props/outfits.
  • Free parent and siblings add-on.
  • 20 Retouched digital Images. Additional images may be purchased.
  • $100 Print credit

Ala Carte

  • $125 Newborn Only
  • $150 Newborn and Family
  • $300 Minimum order

Add Digitals:

  • Single File – $30 Each
  • Group of 5 Images – $125
  • Group of 10+ – $20 Each
  • All Images – Price TBD on a per gallery basis.

Ready to book a Newborn Session Session?

I cannot wait to meet you and get to know more about your session vision. All you have to do is fill out the Consultation Request Form and we can work out a time for your portrait consultation. All sessions require a non-refundable deposit. Deposits are a way for people who would like to work with me to show good faith and commitment. The deposit amount is $50 ($100 Newborn) and must be paid when booking your portrait session. This deposit will be applied towards the total payment for your final service. The remaining balance is due before the start of your session. Cash only if you choose to pay the day of your session.

After your deposit is paid, you will be sent a link to the portrait contract and a questionnaire (if doing a phone consultation, otherwise we go over everything at your in person consultation) once completed your time and date will be added to the schedule.

Everything session – Heart & Soul – $695

It includes:
• Baby wrapped and posed, family & sibling session
• Up to 3 hour session.
• 30 digital images in high resolution or $500 print credit
• After the session, you’ll get access to a proof gallery where you’ll choose your photos.
