Please note: I welcome you to bring someone along, but unless there is a specific call, that person will not be photographed. Please don’t bring unsupervised small children during your session.

I understand, if accepted, that this is a discounted session. Fees are 50% off the current Simple Studio Session price. This fee is non-refundable.

Sessions typically run 20 minutes long. Clothing and props may be provided and will be discussed prior to your session. You will receive 5 digital images, plus any images I use in social media. If you choose to revoke the use of your images you will be charged for the full session amount plus digital images or products provided..

The model may have images printed at their discretion or through the photographer. Photographer is not responsible for issues with printing with images that are not printed through the photographer. Additional images and products may be purchased but is not required.
Client agrees to be on time for scheduled session.

Please notify your photographer via text message if you are running more then a few minutes late, or can no longer show up. If client is more than 10 minutes late, or no-shows, the session will be canceled and will not be rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding.
If accepted, I understand that there will not be a reschedule for a canceled session unless it is a extenuating circumstance as determined by photographer.

If accepted, I understand that the photographer has complete creative control over the session. Sets will be set up prior to clients arrival. If I am interested in or do not like a specific clothing, theme, style, props, or poses, I will schedule a paid session.

If accepted, I understand that the photographer does not quarantee photos or a reschedule, if my child is upset or distressed during the session and won’t settle or cooperate during the alloted time frame.

I understand this is an applications only, and does not quarantee I will be chosen. While I would love to work with everyone who submits a form, I cannot quarantee everyone will be chosen. If you are selected, I will reach out via email, so please check your spam folder. I will move on to the next person if I don’t hear back from you in a reasonable amount of time (3 to 5 days).
